“20 Days in Mariupol” follows an intrepid AP team of Ukrainian journalists, ensnared in the besieged city of Mariupol, as they valiantly strive to document the atrocities of the Russian invasion. Amidst the encroaching Russian forces, they courageously capture the harrowing realities of war in the Ukrainian city Mariupol.

Directed by seasoned journalist Mstyslav Chernov, whose extensive experience includes covering international conflicts, this film offers a gripping narrative drawn from Chernov’s own dispatches and personal footage. It provides a vivid portrayal of civilians trapped in the siege, while also shedding light on the challenges and impact of reporting from conflict zones.
