DAWN Inc and LifeStraw Partnership – Providing Clean Water for the People in Ukraine!
DAWN Inc and LifeStraw Partnership -providing clean water for the people in Ukraine! Clean water is a necessity but many people in Ukraine are lacking access to clean water because of the destruction of critical infrastructure including water reservoirs. Thank you, LifeStraw for your generous donation and supporting our work in so many ways!! We now have a document in Ukrainian with care instructions for the personal filters, ensuring that the recipients can maximize benefit and maintain the filters for long-term use. Big thanks to Norm Yonemura for facilitating DAWN Inc partnership with LifeStraw.
Sincere thanks to Tonia Netsyuk Rehn, for bringing a portion of the LifeStraw filters to Ukraine. These filters are already in action, saving lives. Thank you, Vlad Svitsa with Volunteers.UA for your expert partnership and delivering filters to the places were they are needed the most!
The other portion of the LifeStraw filters is on its way to Ukraine. DAWN Inc shipment also includes Community Water Filters that we purchased as the result of the hard work of Пекарський взвод /Bakers Platoon PDX under the leadership of Olga Dame, and LifeStraw support. My deepest gratitude to everyone involved!
When I was in Ukraine I entrusted my own health to LifeStraw filters (see the video), and the water quality was fantastic!
